Craven Catering Company – Refund Policy

At Craven Catering Company, we take pride in delivering exceptional service and culinary experiences. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking any catering or private chef services.

Retainer FeeS

All retainer fees are non-refundable. These fees secure your event date, reserve staff, and cover pre-event planning and preparation costs.

Cancellations by Craven Catering Company

In the rare event that Craven Catering Company must cancel a confirmed service, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable retainer fee. Every effort will be made to reschedule the service at a mutually agreed-upon date when possible.

Cancellations by Client

If a client chooses to cancel a confirmed booking, Craven Catering Company is entitled to retain 75% of the total funds paid. This amount compensates for administrative costs, food procurement, and scheduling commitments lost due to cancellation.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event date.


Modifications
Event date or guest count changes are subject to availability and must be approved in writing. Additional fees may apply.

Force Majeure

Craven Catering Company is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule or issue a partial credit toward future services.
